At PlayStudyGrow, our mission is to help international athletes use their talent to earn scholarships and study in the U.S. We guide each player through the full process — from getting noticed to securing offers, handling paperwork, and growing on and off the field.
Meet the Founder
PlayStudyGrow was founded by Rastko Dekic, a former NCAA Division 1 athlete who competed at the highest level of U.S. college soccer. Having experienced the journey firsthand, Rastko created this agency to give others the same opportunity — with real guidance, support, and a team that truly understands what it takes to succeed abroad.
